A message from his mother: 

How can a simple knee pain change your life 360°? This is exactly what happened to my 14-year-old son who, after extensive examinations, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (cancer) of the bone. After 6 unbearable courses of chemotherapy, we now require surgery that costs a huge sum of money. We are from a modest family, our income barely covers our basic expenditures. A huge amount is needed to remove the tumor, to prevent it from spreading throughout the body, because there is a high risk of malignancy, and to save my son’s leg. I am in a great deal of pain and I constantly pray to God not to leave us ... With faith, strength and hope in my heart, I beg you to help my child get rid of this ruthless disease. I believe in generous  people, with kind hearts, who care about the suffering of a child. Even though each of us has our own concerns and needs, I beg you to help this child who is just beginning to live. Children are the meaning of every parent's life, and we ask you to help us preserve the meaning of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
