Hello, my name is Mihail Ghipu, I am a disabled person of the 1st group. I have had this disability since childhood due to a series of serious illnesses. I would like to ask from the bottom of my heart if you could help me buy an electric wheelchair so that I can move around the yard of the institution and around the city. I am in the Temporary Accommodation Center for people with disabilities in the village of Badiceni, city of Soroca.
