A message from Ala:

My name is Ala Herghelegiu, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea. I am battling a severe illness called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and I have a unique and crucial opportunity to participate in an ALS research study in Florida. Since being diagnosed with ALS, my life has changed dramatically. Yet, I’ve chosen to fight not just for myself but also for others. Although I face daily challenges, I firmly believe that together we are stronger in this battle, and with your help, I may still have the chance to enjoy life.

Doctors both here and in Romania told me that I might only have two years to live and that there is no cure, but I have not stopped searching for solutions.
